About Me:
I’m a Cornish boy living in London who loves talking about materials. I work as a researcher, making new materials that capture or store energy. I love to share my passion for science with others!
-
My Typical Day:
Every morning I do yoga before breakfast. I then cycle 6 miles to work. My days can vary quite a lot depending on what’s happening in our lab. Sometimes I might be working on some of my ideas, whilst at other times I’ll be doing work to help companies develop new products and test ideas. Sometimes I’ll be teaching students, and at other times I’ll be learning about the latest developments in my area of research.
-
What I'd do with the prize money:
I’d like to assemble a set of experiments that can teach people about batteries.
