In this year’s Royal Institution’s CHRISTMAS LECTURES, Dr Chris van Tulleken will explore the fundamental impact that food has on our own health and that of the planet. Chris will cover everything from our jaw anatomy, to the microbiome, how food becomes our fuel, and evolving diets.
