Classes are an important part of the I’m a Scientist activity. They support you to view your students progress, track how they meet the Learning Outcomes and see how that changes as they take part multiple times, across the year.
Make it memorable so you know which class matches your group of students!
- When you book your first Chat, choose a name that’s memorable (e.g. Yr10 – Bio – 10FL)
- Give students access to the Chat either through the pre-made login cards or the student registration URL. Students with existing accounts can join your class ❯
- When booking future Chats, use the same class.
Students who are part of the class will be able to see the profile of the 40 scientists that have been invited to their Chat. They can prepare and ask any of these scientists follow-up questions.
