This British Science Week, I’m a Scientist is giving students a chance to connect with scientists outside of their booked Chats.
From Monday to Thursday on the week commencing Monday 13 March, students can attend lunchtime open Chats.
What is an open Chat?
In an open Chat, students can connect with scientists taking part in the Zone without a teacher booking a Chat for them.
Any student with a login can attend any of the open Chats. To access a Chat, they must be logged into the Zone where the open Chat is happening.
Open Chats are facilitated by DBS-checked moderators. Teachers do not need to attend the Chat.
When are the open Chats?
Open Chats will run from 12.30pm to 1.30pm. Students can drop in at any time throughout the hour.
