Throughout May 2021, students can connect with scientists in the Orange Zone.

Students can Ask questions, Chat to them, and Vote for their favourite to win a £500 prize for more outreach activities.

The Zone features over 30 scientists, each working something different and exciting things.

Here are just a few taking part:

• Yirui Jiang, who is “trying to bring the world of Harry Potter into our daily life!” 🧙‍♀️
• Jordan Bestwick, who investigates the diets of dinosaurs 🦖
• Jessica Pimlott, trying to save the world by making big batteries to store renewable energy 🌍
